Dushanbe International Airport (DYU) – The Main gateway in the capital
Khujand International Airport (LBD) – Serves the second-largest city
Kulob Airport (TJU) – Serves Kulob city; smaller international terminal.
Bokhtar (Qurghonteppa) International Airport (KQT) – Located near Bokhtar

Facilities: All the airport has basic amenities including duty-free shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi is typically available, though connection quality may vary.​​

Currency: Tajik Somoni (TJS). 

​​Exchanging Money: Currency can be exchanged at banks, exchange offices, and at the airport. ATMs are available in major cities, but it's advisable to carry cash, especially in rural areas.​​

For Men: Suits or dress pants with collared shirts and ties.
For Women: Professional dresses or blouses with skirts/slacks. Conservative attire is recommended, particularly in business and public settings.

Tajik is the official language. Russian is also widely spoken, especially in urban areas. English is becoming more common among younger professionals, but proficiency may be limited.

Culture: Tajikistan has a rich cultural heritage influenced by its historical position on the Silk Road. Respect local customs, especially in rural areas.

- Plov: A rice dish typically made with lamb, carrots, and spices.
- Manti: Steamed dumplings filled with meat and served with yogurt.
- Samsa: Pastries filled with meat or vegetables.
